As Vice President of Operations for Motivational Rewards, Mr. Lopez executes the firm's strategic direction and manages all departments. With more than 25 years' experience working with major corporations and professional services firms, Mr. Lopez enjoys extensive knowledge of operations, general management and sales in the telecommunication services and customer services industries. Prior to joining Motivational Rewards, Mr. Lopez served in a variety of positions at AT&T and Exam One. He is most noted for his leadership role and record of achievement in leading high performance teams. He is most credited with achieving success in developing motivational environments that encourage optimal performance levels.
Throughout Mr. Lopez’s career his hard work and dedication have resulted in numerous achievement awards. He received recognition for Scholastic Achievement in Human Resource and was awarded the Ted Calphas Award. Professionally he attained the True Achievers Award and the Winning Spirit Award for multiple years.
Mr. Lopez received his undergraduate degree from Rockhurst University in Industrial Relations - Human Resources, and has additional course work towards a Masters in Human Resources and Operational Management. He has excelled in coursework in Labor Negotiations and Mediation, Staffing and Selection, Strategic and Operational Concerns related to hiring and keeping the best employees including employee performance, job design standards, employee appraisal systems, worker satisfaction, and management’s role in achieving organizational/individual performance goals.
Mr. Lopez resides in Lee’s Summit, Missouri with Pam, his bride of over 30 years. He is the proud grandfather of his daughter Shelby’s two children and is very involved in their lives. Also, for several years Mr. Lopez has served as the National Human Resource Chairperson of a Business Resource Group for a major corporation. Mr. Lopez is also very involved in his church; especially a church ministry group that assists people that are unemployed or underemployed find new employment.
